Interested in applying for tutoring for your child? Follow these steps:

Step 1

Fill out the application
form below.

Mrs. Torrey will contact parents if there is an opening.

Parents will then submit documents:

• Privacy waiver
• Child’s latest report card
• Test scores
• Writing sample
(Handwritten worksheet)

Step 2

Mrs. Torrey will schedule a
practice lesson with parents present.

Cost: $160 plus tax | Timeframe: approximately 1 1/2 hours

The practice lesson serves as an assessment:

• Were the tutor and child compatible?
• How did the student respond to the lesson?
• Did he learn concepts and apply them?
• How did he handle challenges?
• What was the student’s attitude and work ethic?

Fees

$95 per hour (includes tax), plus other fees discussed when application is received and contract signed.
